Most of the Heads of Departments have delegated their Drawing and Disbursing powers to one of their Gazetted subordinates (Mostly to Assistant Accounts Officer/Assistant Treasury Officer working in the Accounts Wing of the Heads of Departments concerned) and all the Heads of Departments are drawing bills from Pay & Accounts Office, Hyderabad duly following the procedure prescribed in the A.P.
