O R D E R :
In the G.O. 1st above, ‘Other Duty’ facility was extended to the existing office bearers of certain earlier recognized associations from 03.06.2014 to 31.08.2014 in continuation of the earlier orders sanctioned for Jan-2014 to 2nd June-2014. In their representations 2nd to 4th read above, the Telangana Rastra Teachers Federation (TRTF) & two other associations have requested for extension of ‘Other Duty’ facility to the newly elected office bearers in Telangana from 02.06.2014.
2. Government, after careful examination of the matter and pending recognition of the associations in the Telangana State, have decided to extend the ‘Other Duty’ facility to the newly elected office bearers of the Telangana State United Teachers Federation (TSUTF), State Teachers Union TS (STUTS) and Telangana Rastra Teachers Federation (TRTF), as the associations were provided ‘Other Duty’ facility in the undivided State of Andhra Pradesh.
3. Accordingly, Government hereby accord sanction for “Other Duty” facility temporarily from 02-06-2014 to 31-08-2014 to the following members of the associations, subject to their term of office and pending reconstitution of Joint Staff Council and also recognition of respective association in the State of Telangana:-
4. The Departments of Secretariat / Heads of Departments concerned shall take necessary action accordingly.
