            In pursuance of the discussions during the meeting held on 01.08.2014, Government have decided to conduct an ‘Intensive Household Survey’, covering all the households in the Telangana State for creating a reliable and accurate database in order to facilitate effective implementation of various Government programmes and to ensure that the benefits reach the eligible deserving people.  In this regard, instructions were already issued to all the Collectors for completing the training programmes and preparatory works and the formats  for the survey were already finalized by Department of Planning and Department of Rural Development.

2.         In this connection, Government have also decided to appoint Special Officers to supervise various activities to be taken up from 14.8.2014 to 6.9.2014  before, after and during the  survey scheduled for 19.08.2014 in each of the districts, as follows:-
