Sub: RMSA Telangana Hyderabad - Implementation of Learning Enhancement Programme(LEP) in all schools and conduct of first formative assessment before 30th July 2017 in all types of schools - Certain instructions - Reg.

All the RJDSEs and DEOs in the state are hereby informed that.vide reference cited detailed guidelines have been issued for the implementation of LEP i.e., basic foundation skills of reading , writing and arithmetic skills and class specific skills for the students. In this regard following are the additional guidlines for monitoring and coordinating the programme.

1. The district level training for the identified schools assistants from Mandal @ 3  per Mandal at district level shall be coordinated by the officers along with acting course director for the programme.
2. Ones training is over all district level the training to the primary teachers will be coordinated by sectoral officers of SSA and high schools will be coordinated the nodal officer.
3. The LEP programme implementation in schools i.e., primary and upper primary schools shall be monitoring by the sectoral officers of SSA and in high schools the programme will be monitored by the nodal officers.
4. Hand book the teachers on the implementation of  LEP is enclosed and DEOs are requested Xerox it and provide to the  RPs at the district level training. Without hand book no training shall be conducted. The expenditure towards Xerox may be met from the fuds available with DEOs pertaining to SSA/RMSA
