Sub: RMSA, Telangana, Hyd. - State Team visit to the Districts from 3rd to 9th January 2018 to observe the implementation of the LEP (3’Rs), Implementation of Govt. orders on reducing school bag load, CCE implementation etc., — Orders Issued — Reg.
All the DEOs in the State are hereby informed that, it is proposed to Draft State Teams to the Districts from 3rd to 9th January 2018 to observe the implementation of the LEP (3’Rs), implementation of Govt. orders on reducing school bag load, CCE implementation etc.,
Following are the guidelines for state team visits:
• 10 teams have been constituted with 6 to 8 members in each team. Each team will visit 3 districts @ two days per district.
• The team should have surprise visit to schools randomly in each district for two days and conduct a meeting with DEOs, MEOs and School Complex HMs in the evening of 2nd day and inform the Strengths, Weaknesses and Suggestions to improve
• The DEOs are directed to attach one Expert HM/Teacher with each of the State Team Member so that 8 teams with two members per team (1 State Member and 1 District Member) per district to visit the schools.
• The team of 2 members shall visit 2 primary schools, 2 high schools, 1 KGBV and 1 model school in two days per districts and share the finding in the evening in the district meeting.
• The teams may use vehicle of the person from the District, and the petrol charges will be reimbursed from existing RMSA funds with DEOs.
• The team incharge shall plan the entire visit in each district and collect the observation formats from the team members along TA bills. The team Incharge shall responsible for and prepare team report.
• The team incharges shall attend review meeting at the O/o the C&DSE on 10th1 January 2018 and present the visit reports to the C&DSE.
• DEOs are requested to make arrangements for the visits and provide equal no. of expert HMs/ Teachers to accompany the state team members.
• The DEOs have to make accommodation i.e., lodging and boarding facilities to the team members duly meeting the budget from existing RMSA funds.
• The TA bills for State Team Members shall be from RMSA state office and TA bills for team members for district will be from RMSA funds available with DEOs along with petrol charges.
• Every team shall fillup the observation form for each school and hand over to the team incharge on the same day. The team incharge shall collect formats duly filled in with appropriate information and handover the same to the Joint Director, RMSA, Hyderabad.
• The DEOs have to convene a meeting with all the MEOs, school complex HMs on the 2nd day at 4.00 pm to attend for the presentation of district report by the State teams.
All the State Team members shall attend one day planning meeting at Godavan Conference Hall, SCERT Campus, Hyd. on 02nd January 2018. The DEOs are directed to depute one Sectoral Officer-2 incharge of trainings to the State level Planning meeting. Further the Sectoral Officer-2 will coordinate to entire state team visit to the districts.
The Addl. Director, RMSA, Joint Director and other Officer of RMSA and model Schools shall visit the schools during 3rd to 9th January 2018 and attend the district level presentations.
Therefore, all the DEOs are directed to take immediate necessary action and depute the team members as per the list enclosed and also arrange equal members of HM/Teachers to the state team members and make arrangements for visits.
