In conditional of the reference 2nd cited, wherein, the Government have reiterated the orders issued in G.O. 1st cited, declaring Special casual Leave to all the Women Employees in the state, on 8th March being celebrated as "International Women's Day", the Government after consideration, reiterate the said instructions an instruct the concerned to take necessary action accordingly.
