ORDER:

           

              In the G.O. 1^st read above, the Finance (Expr. School Education) Department have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs. 18,68,00,000/- (Rupees eighteen crore and sixty eighty lakh only) Plan from the Budget Estimates Provision 2013-14 as additional funds  in relaxation of Treasury Control and Quarterly Regulation Orders pending provision by obtaining supplementary estimates at appropriate time during the year 2013-14 towards matching state share Saakshar Bharat dues under the head of account “2202-04-200-GH-06-SH-05-Saakshar Bharat Mission - 310/312-Other Grant-in- aid.”

2.            In the reference 2^nd read above, the Director of Adult Education, A.P., Hyderabad has requested to issue administrative sanction for the said amount so that he can draw the amount and utilize the same for the purpose for which it was sanctioned i.e. for implementation of Saakshar Bharat Programme in A.P. State.

3.             In pursuance of the above and after careful examination, Government hereby issue administrative sanction for an amount of Rs. 18,68,00,000/- (Rupees eighteen crore and sixty eighty lakh only) Plan from the Budget Estimates Provision 2013-14 as additional funds  in relaxation of Treasury Control and Quarterly Regulation Orders pending provision by obtaining supplementary estimates at appropriate time during the year 2013-14 towards matching state share Saakshar Bharat dues under the following head of account:
