O R D E R:

            In the reference 2^nd read above, the State Project Director, RVM (SSA) Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad has stated that the Sri Dr.A.Suryanarayana Reddy,who is originally Lecturer in Government Degree College for Men, YSR Kadapa District has failed in discharging his duties, monitoring and supervision and could not curb the irregularities involved in Misappropriation of funds in construction of Additional Classrooms to Primary and Upper Primary Schools in Galiveedu Mandal of Kadapa district. Due to this, an amount of Rs.69.00 lakhs have been misappropriated by the MEO Galiveedu and the primary responsibility lies on Project Officer,RVM(SSA) as he has released the bulk amount to Mandal Education Officer, Galiveedu instead of releasing the same to School Management Committees. He is primarily responsible for misappropriation of Government amount and Article of Charges also framed against him and sent to the Commissioner, Collegiate Education for taking disciplinary action.

2)         Government after careful consideration of the matter, hereby repatriate             Sri A.Suryanarayana Reddy, Project Officer, Rajiv Vidya Mission (SSA), YSR Kadapa District  to his parent department, i.e., Higher Education Department with immediate effect on administrative grounds.

3)         The State Project Director, Rajiv Vidya Mission (SSA) Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad is requested to take further necessary action in the matter.
