2) G.o.Ms.No.475, Panchayat Raj & Rural Development Department, dated23.10.2007.

3)   G.O.Ms.No.160, Finance (FR.II) Department, dated:07.05.2010.

4)    G.O. Ms. 143 Panchayat Raj & Rural Development (RD.I) Department dated09.05.2012.

5) From the State Project Director, RVM(SSA) AP, Hyd Lr.Rc.No.05/PO/RVM/     B1/2012, Dated:12.02.2014.

O R D E R:-

In the reference 5^th read above,   the State Project Director, Rajiv Vidya Mission (SSA) has stated that Sri M.Vishwanath, Joint Director of Treasuries and Accounts has requested for posting as Project  Officer,  RVM(SSA).  She  has  also  informed  that  the  Director,  Treasuries  and  Accounts Department, AP, Hyderabad have accorded permission to place the services of Sri M.Viswanath, Joint Director of Treasuries and Accounts at the disposal of Rajiv Vidya Mission (SSA) in relaxation of

G.O.Ms.No.2, dt:02.01.2010 and G.O (P) No.10, dt:22.01.1993.

2)             In the circumstances stated above, after due consideration of the proposal of the State Project  Director,  Rajiv  Vidya  Mission (SSA),    Sri  M.Viswanath,  Joint  Director  of  Treasuries  andAccounts is posted as Project Officer, Rajiv Vidya Mission (SSA), West Godavari District in relaxation of  G.O.Ms.No.143,  PR&RD  department,  dated:09.05.2012  as  he  is  having  more  than (50)years,under Foreign Service terms and conditions on deputation initially for a period of one year from the date of taking charge of the post.

4)         The State Project Director, Rajiv Vidya Mission (SSA), Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad who is the borrowing authority shall pay salary and Pension Contribution to the parent Department of the above Officer on deputation, as per order issued vide G.O.3^rd    read above, as Rajiv Vidya Mission (SSA) is getting more than 50% grant from the Government of India funds.

5)         The State Project Director, Rajiv Vidya Mission (SSA), A.P., Hyderabad / the District Collector,West Godavari District   shall take action accordingly.

6)         The State Project Director, Rajiv Vidya Mission (SSA), Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad shall intimate the date of joining of the officer to the   Government.
