• 2. Memo.No.4935-A/129/TFR/2014, dt.02-04-2014 of the Finance Department.

In the reference 2nd read above, instructions were issued for following revised dates for preponing the schedule of dates issued in the reference 1st read above, for the month of May, 2014 only in view of appointed date being 2nd June 2014 for formation of Telangana State so as to enable the Treasuries to settle all claims before 25th May, 2014 and render accounts to the Accountant General (A&E) by 31st May, 2015.

Sl.No.	Presentation of Bills	Revised Dates
1.	Regular Salary Bills	17th May, 2014 is the last date forreceipt of salary bills.
2.	All other Bills	From 3rd to 15thof May, 2014.

2. Government have decided to extend the date of submission of all other bills by 17.05.2014. All the District Treasury Officers, Sub-Treasury Officers, Pay & Accounts Officer, Hyderabad and Pay & Accounts Officer (W&P), Hyderabad are requested to accept all other claims submitted by the Drawing and Disbursing Officers upto 17-05-2014.
