Read the following:-

• G.O.Ms.No.84,Finance (SMPC.II)Deptt. Dt.17-04-2014.

O R D E R:
In the circumstances stated by the Secretary, A.P. Information Commission in his letter 3rd read above and in terms of the orders issued in the G.O.4th read above, Government hereby extend the services of personnel working on contract/outsourcing basis in A.P.Information Commission for a further period up to 30.6.2014 to work in the Commission, subject to the following conditions:

1. The renewal of contract/outsourcing engagement for the period between April 01 and June 30, 2014 should be on the existing terms & Conditions and no revision shall be done under any circumstances.
2. This extension is limited to those working on March 31,2014 in the posts and with the terms and conditions approved by the Finance Department.
3. Instructions/guidelines of the Government with reference to outsourcing/contract performance be followed scrupulously.
4. These orders do not confer any right on any functionary for continuance after bifurcation of the State on June 02,2014.

3. The Secretary, A.P, Information Commission, Hyderabad is requested to take necessary action accordingly.

4. The Secretary, APIC is also requested to furnish data and other entries relating to the APIC to prepare the lists for each State separately, so as to enable to furnish the same to Finance Department by 30.04.2014. He is also requested to email the same to “mpa1finance@gmail.com” in excel sheet form (proforma enclosed) in terms of the orders in the reference 4th read above.

5. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (SMPC-II) Department, vide their U.O.No8975/294/A1/SMPC.II/14,dt:17.04.2014.
