Sub:	SCERT, Telangana, Hyderabad – Academic Calendar and implementation ofcurriculum – Conducting of annual examinations (SA-III) from 1st April, 2015onwards to facilitate smooth conduct of examinations under invigilationfrom the teachers and correction of answer scripts, declaring the results inall Government, Government aided and private schools – Orders issued –Reg.

All the RJDSEs and DEOs in the State are hereby informed that vide reference cited, instructions have been issued for conduct of annual examinations from 1st April, 2015 onwards. In this regard, following are the further guidelines.

1. In the High Schools with primary sections wherever SSC examinations are being conducted, the examinations for primary classes may be conducted in the nearby schools/ institutions or may be conducted in the afternoon session i.e. 02.00 to 04.30 PM.
2. The Biology paper for class VIII may be conducted on 9th April, 2015 in the forenoon session i.e. 09.00 to 11.45 AM.
3. During examination period, the school timings for the High Schools and Upper Primary sections in Upper Primary Schools will be from 01.00 to 05.00 PM. Mid Day Meal programme must be conducted at 01.00 PM during these days.
