Higher Education Department- Collegiate Education– Permission to engage (930) Contract Faculties of Lecturers in Government Degree Colleges in the State from the opening day of the academic year 2015-16– Permission - Accorded – Orders – Issued.

ORDER:

In the circumstances stated by the Commissioner of Collegiate Education, Telangana State, Hyderabad in the references 4th and 6th read above and after careful examination of the matter, Government hereby accord permission to the Commissioner of Collegiate Education, Telangana State, Hyderabad to engage (930) Contract Faculties of Lecturers in Govt. Degree Colleges in the State of Telangana by renewal of Contract Lecturers who were working in the last academic year 2014-15, for the year 2015-16,from the date of reopening of the Colleges in the month of June, subject to following the conditions envisaged in the G.O. 3rd read above, and also this engagement shall be strictly as per actual need.

2. Further, those Contract Lecturers, who do not achieve minimum 40% pass in examinations, they have to undertake additional hours of training and take additional remedial classes for the students and if their performance is consistently poor in the ensuing assignments and examinations also, the Commissioner of Collegiate Education reserves the right to terminate their services.

3. The Commissioner of Collegiate Education, Telangana State, Hyderabad shall take necessary further action in the matter, accordingly.

4. This Order issues with the concurrence of Finance (HRM.I) Department, vide
their U.O. No.8899-A/236/A3/HRM.I/2015, dt:24.07.2015.
