In the reference 1st cited, the Government have declared Special Casual Leave on March 8th as it is being celebrated as ‘International Women’s Day” to all the Women Employees in the State. In the reference 2nd cited, the President/Genl. Secy.,have informed that certain officers have not honouring the above orders and requested to issue necessary instructions for honouring the same.

2. Government after consideration, hereby reiterate the orders issued in the G.O. 1st cited and instruct the concerned to take necessary action accordingly.
