Midday meals 3 eggs in a week proforma in TS

As per the  decision of the Govt of Telangana it has ordered that 3 eggs must be served per week in every school in the state. according to this order school HMs must prepare a separate record for the eggs serving to the students. in this regard a proforma has been provided to record the same & to forward it along with the Mid Day Meals bill every month.
