ADMISSION NOTIFICATION

Notification for seeking Admission in to 1st Year Degree Semester wise Course for the Academic Year 2017-18.
I. Online applications are invited from Men and Women candidates for admission into 1st year B.A/B.Com/B.Sc Degree / Specialized English Medium Courses. (40 students in each course) in TTW Residential Degree Colleges for Men and Women for the Academic Year 2017-18. Last date for submission of Online/Offline applications is 26-07-2017.

I. ELIGIBILITY

•  Students who Passed for Senior Intermediate Examination held in March, 2017 conducted by Board of Intermediate Education of Telangana State or equivalent to it and who secured 40% or more marks in the 1st year Annual 2016/Advanced Supplementary 2016 Examinations are eligible to apply for admission. 

• Students who passed Intermediate Annual Examinations in 2015 conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education of Telangana State or equivalent to it and who secured 40% or more marks are also eligible for admission.

How to Apply

• The candidate shall first go through the information bulletin carefully, available in the website and satisfy him/her self.
• Issue of general number does not mean that the candidate has completed submission of application online.
• Before filing in the online application, the candidate has to fill up the model application form given in the annexure.
• The candidate shall follow the procedure for submission of online application as given in the “Information Bulletin” and also as per the instructions provided online while filling up the online application form.
• The candidate should be ready with passport size photograph (3.5 X 4.5 cms) before filling up the online application.
• The candidates should fill the application form manually and submit the same at nearest TTWR School / TTWR Jr. Colleges / Regional Co-ordinators, wherever Internet facility is not available.
• The photo should be scanned and uploaded along with the application form.
• On submission of application online, the candidate has to take a copy (print) of the application form in which a reference number also will be given. The copy of online application is to be preserved for further reference. The candidate is solely held responsible for any mistakes / incorrect information given by him/her. Hence they must take utmost care while filling the online application.
• The applications of the in-eligible candidates will be rejected. 
• The candidate should be able to produce the original certificates/documents at the time of counseling for admission as a proof to the information furnished in the application.
• The selection of candidate will be summarily rejected, if they fail to submit necessary documents at the time of admission. 

General Information
 
1) The admissions into 1st Year Degree Semester wise Course offered by TTW Residential Degree Colleges will be made by following the rule of reservations (item-V & VI)
2) The candidates who have completed Intermediate or its equivalent annual examination held in 2017/2016/2015 with a minimum of 40% marks are eligible for admission in to 1st year Degree courses.
3) Candidates whose annual income of the parents is more than Rs.2.00 lakhs in Urban
areas and Rs.1.50 lakhs in Rural areas are not eligible for admission into 1st Degree Courses.
4) The counseling schedule/dates/venue for admissions into 1st Year Degree/Semester wise Courses will be announced/published in TTWREI Society Website http://tgtwgurukulam.telangana.gov.in.
5) The candidates seeking admission into 1st year degree course have to appear for counseling to be held in TTW Residential Educational Institutions located at region/old district head quarters along with all other relevant certificates in original (one set of Xerox copies) viz., TC, Intermediate Marks Memo, Bonafide/ Conduct Certificate, Caste certificate issued by MRO/Tahasildar, parents Income certificate issued by the Tahsildar on or after 01.04.2017, NCC/ACC, Games and Sports, PHC, Children of Armed persons and Orphan Certificate etc.,
6) Applicants shall also fulfill other admission criteria stipulated by TTWREI Society, Hyderabad.
7) The Society reserves the right to change the rules of admissions as per the directions of the Government and University from time to time.
9) The convener reserves the right to cancel the admission at any stage, if the particulars furnished by the candidate are found incorrect or against the rules of admission
