O R D E R:

The Government vide G.O. 1st read above issued certain guidelines. The milk unions have represented the Government, for modifications of guidelines in the letters 2nd & 3rd read above. In the circumstances explained in their request, Government hereby issue the following amendment to para 2(IV) of the G.O issued vide 1st read above.

Mode of Reimbursement of Incentive: “The TSDDCF, Hyderabad, Nalgonda RangaReddy Milk Producers Mutually AidedCooperative Union Limited, Ranga reddy,Karimnagar Milk Producers CompanyLimited, Karimnagar, and MulukanoorWomen’s Mutually Aided Milk ProducersCooperative Union Limited,Mulukanoor,Warangal district shall pay incentive toeligible beneficiaries and then submitclaims for reimbursement every month inthe format given as Annexure. Claims withincomplete information shall not beconsidered for incentive reimbursement”.	Mode of Payment of Incentive: “The TSDDCF, Nalgonda - Ranga Reddy MilkProducers Mutually Aided Cooperative UnionLimited, Ranga reddy, Karimnagar MilkProducers Company Limited, and MulukanoorWomen’s Mutually Aided Milk ProducersCooperative Union Limited, shall submit reportto DAH on milk supplied by the eligible farmersto their Dairy every month in the format givenas annexure. The Director of AnimalHusbandry, shall make necessaryarrangements for payment of Rs.4/- incentiveper litre on monthly basis directly to thefarmers’ bank account as per these guidelines.

2) The Director of Animal Husbandry and the Managing Director, T.S Dairy Development Cooperative Federation (T.S.) are requested to take necessary action for implementing the scheme as per guidelines.
