ORDER:
In the G.O. 1st read above, Government have issued orders declaring 01.12.2017 (Friday) as Holiday under N.I.Act, 1881, on the occasion of ‘EID MILADUN NABI’ .
2) In the reference 2nd read above, the Chief Executive Officer, Telangana State Wakf Board has informed that the General Holiday of Eid Miladun Nabe (S.A.W.S) 1439 Hijri fall on 02.12.2017 instead of 01.12.2017 as per moon sight.
3) The Government, after careful consideration of the matter, hereby declare Holiday on 02.12.2017 (Saturday) instead of 01.12.2017 (Friday) on account of ‘EID MILADUN NABI’ under Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. Accordingly, the following notification is issued and shall be published in the extra-ordinary Gazette of Telangana State:

In partial modification of the orders issued, notifying the Holidays under Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, in G.O.Rt.No.2530, Genl. Admn.(Spl.E) Dept., dt.22.11.2016, Government hereby declare change of Holiday to 02.12.2017 (Saturday) instead of 01.12.2017 (Friday) on account of ‘EID MILADUN NABI’ under Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.
