Technical Education - Government Polytechnics – Ratification of the action taken by the Commissioner of Technical Education, Telangana State to engage the Contract faculty / Outsourced staff in (11) new Government Polytechnics, which were stared after the formation of Telangana, for the Academic Years, 2014-15, 2015-16 & 2016-17 and permission to 'Engage' Contract Lecturers(135), Contract Workshop Attendants(77) on contract basis and Junior Assistants (33), Office Subordinates(55) on outsourcing basis, for the Academic Year, 2017-18 - Accorded - Orders - Issued.

ORDER:
In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of Technical Education, Telangana State, Hyderabad, in the references 5th & 7th read above and after careful examination of the matter, Government hereby ratify the action taken by the Commissioner of Technical Education in engaging the contract/outsourcing staff in (11) new Government Polytechnics, which were started after 02.06.2014, for the Academic Years, 2014-15, 2015-16 and 2016-17 as follows:-
2. Government also hereby accord permission to the Commissioner of Technical Education, Telangana State, Hyderabad, to engage the following contract/outsourcing staff in (11) new Government Polytechnics, which were started after 02.06.2014, for the Academic Year, 2017-18:-
3. Detailed instructions will be issued by the Govt., separately, about the procedure to be followed for engaging this Contract Faculty, based on the proposal to be received from the Commissioner of Technical Education. Only after the receipt of these instructions of the Government, the engaging of Contract Faculty shall be taken up by the Commissioner of Technical Education. These instructions shall take into account various guidelines issued by the Finance Department, from time to time in this regard, including the instructions issued by Finance Department on outsourcing of employees.
4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (HRM.VII) Department vide their U.O.No.3866/302/A1/HRM-VII/2017, dated:24-06-2017.

Detailed instructions will be issued by the Govt., separately, about the procedure to be followed for engaging this Contract Faculty, based on the proposal to be received from the Commissioner of Technical Education. Only after the receipt of these instructions of the Government, the engaging of Contract Faculty shall be taken up by the Commissioner of Technical Education. These instructions shall take into account various guidelines issued by the Finance Department, from time to time in this regard, including the instructions issued by Finance Department on outsourcing of employees.
