Sub: RMSA, Telangana. Hyderabad — Conduct of one day training to DRGs at District Level and SMDC members of all High Schools at Mandal Level — Instructions issued to DEOs - Reg.

Ref:- 1.Training approved in AWP&B 2017-18.
2.Note orders of C&DSE, TS, Hyderabad at Para No.170 n.f. in File even number.

All the District Educational Officers in the State are informed that a one day workshop was conducted with SRGs & a one State level orientation cum workshop was conducted with DRGs.

They are further informed that now the DRGs in turn conduct one day orientation to the resource persons at District level @3 Headmasters (1 MEO & 2 HMs) from each Mandal and these 3 Headmasters in turn conduct one day orientation at Mandal level to the SMDC members @4 from each School(1 Headmaster as Chairman of SMDC, I Senior School Assistant as Vice Chairman, 1 Male parent member and 1 Female Parent member). Hence the following Budget is released to all the District Educational Officers to conduct the above said SMDC Training Programme in two levels i.e at District & Mandal Level.
