Apply English Language Enrichment Course - Level 1 (ELEC-L1) Application Form with Video

The State Council of Educational Research and Training, Telangana, in collaboration with Azim Premji University, Bengaluru, invite applications from primary school teachers of Telangana for English Language Enrichment course - Level 1. The course is offered in fully online mode. The duration of the course is 9 weeks. The course aims at:

• Developing confidence and competencies in using English for day-to-day conversation both inside and outside the classroom.

• Demonstrating a path to learning English - It is expected that teachers will continue to learn English beyond these 9 weeks.

A certificate of participation will be awarded to participants who attend all webinars and complete online tasks within the stipulated time.

To ensure smooth functioning of schools, only one teacher per school will be selected on first come first served basis. Other teachers will get the same opportunity in the next round. పాఠశాల విద్యా శాఖ ఆదేశాలతో కొనసాగుతున్న ఇంగ్లిష్ లాంగ్వేజీ ఎన్ రిచ్ మెంట్ కోర్సుకు ప్రాథమిక స్కూల్ టీచర్ల (SGTs) నుంచి మంచి స్పందన వస్తున్నది. ఇంగ్లిష్ లో నైపుణ్యం, నాయకత్వ లక్షణాలు పెరిగి వారిలో ఆత్మవిశ్వాసం  రెట్టింపవుతున్నది. ఫలితంగా విద్యార్థులకు నాణ్యమైన బోధన అందించేలా తయారవుతున్నారు. అజీమ్ ప్రేమ్ జీ యూనివర్సిటీ సహకారంతో SCERT నిర్వహిస్తున్న ఇంగ్లిష్ లాంగ్వేజీ శిక్షణ పొందిన ప్రాథమిక స్కూల్ టీచర్లలో అనుహ్యమైన మార్పులు వస్తున్నాయి. ఇంగ్లిష్ మీడియంలో బోధన చేసేందుకు ఎక్కువ చొరవ చూపిస్తున్నారు. తొమ్మిదివా రాల పాటు కొనసాగే ఆన్లైన్ ఇంగ్లిష్ శిక్షణ కోర్సులో ప్రవేశం పొందటానికి మరికొంత మంది ఎన్జీటీల నుంచి డిమాండ్ పెరుగుతున్నది.  రాష్ట్రంలో దాదాపు ఆరు వేలకు పైగా సర్కారు బడుల్లో తెలుగు మీడియంతో పాటు ఇంగ్లిష్ మీడియం తరగతులు నిర్వహిస్తున్నారు. చాలామంది టీచర్లలో ఇంగ్లిష్ నైపుణ్యాలు లేకపోవడాన్ని గ్రహించిన రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం ఉపాధ్యాయులకు ఇంగ్లిష్ శిక్షణ ఇవ్వాలని భావించగా, శిక్షణ ఇచ్చేందుకు అజీమ్ ప్రేమ్ జీ యూనివర్సిటీ ముందుకు వచ్చింది. ఈ మేరకు ఆ యూనివర్సిటీతో పాఠశాల విద్యాశాఖ గత ఏడాది అవగాహన ఒప్పందం చేసుకుంది. శిక్షణతో పాటు,  సర్టిఫికెట్ కూడా అందజేస్తున్నారు. అది తమకు భవిష్యత్తులో బాగా ఉపయోగపడుతుందని టీచర్లు ఆశాభావం వ్యక్తం చేస్తున్నారు.


కొత్తగా నోటిఫికేషన్ జారీ......
వచ్చే రెండేండ్లలో మొత్తం పదివేల మందికి ఇంగ్లిష్ శిక్షణ ఇచ్చేలా ప్రణాళికలు కొనసాగుతున్నాయి. ఇప్పటి వరకు మూడు బ్యాలకు శిక్షణఇవ్వగా..నాలుగోబ్యాచ్ కోసం ఎస్సీఈఆర్టీ డైరెక్టర్ శుక్రవారం నోటిఫికేషన్ జారీచేసింది. వారందరికీ శిక్షణ ఇవ్వడానికి ప్రత్యేక విధానాన్ని అమలుచేస్తున్నారు. ప్రతి ఐదుగురికి ఒక మెంటార్‌ను ఏర్పాటు చేశారు. ప్రతివారం ఒక క్లాసుతో  పాటు వారికి ఇంగ్లిష్ భాషపై అసైన్మెంట్లు ఇస్తున్నారు. ఇక్కడ శిక్షణ పొందినవారు తిరిగి శిక్షణ ఇచ్చేలా తయారవుతున్నారు. ఇప్పటికే SRP , ELTCలు   మెంటార్లుగా వ్యవహరిస్తున్నారు. ప్రాథమిక స్కూల్ టీచర్లకు శిక్షణ పూర్తైన వెంటనే ఉన్నత పాఠశాలలకు చెందిన స్కూల్ అసిస్టెంట్ టీచర్లకు కూడా శిక్షణ ఇచ్చేందుకు విద్యాశాఖ ప్రణాళికలు సిద్ధం చేయనున్నది.
