Sub: TSSA Hyderabad — Civil works - Providing Hot Water Facility through Solar Water Heaters in 383 KGBVs in Telangana State- Administrative sanction - Orders- Issued.

dated: 20.11.2017 of the Managing Director, TSEWIDC, Hyderabad.

The Managing Director, TSEWIDC, Hyderabad vide reference 2nd cited has furnished the detailed estimate for an amount of Rs.2.50 Lakhs (Rupees Two lakhs Fifty Thousand Only) for providing Hot water facility through Solar Water Heaters to 200 Childrens per KGBV in 391 KGBVs in the Telangana State in view of this office letter even no dated: 16.11.2017 and requested to accord administrative sanction.

After careful examination of the matter, administrative sanction is hereby accorded for an amount of Rs.957.50 Lakhs (Rupees Nine Crores Fifty Seven Lakhs Fifty Thousand Only) for providing Hot water facility through Solar Water Heaters to 200 Childrens in 383 KGBVs in Telingana State duly meeting the expenditure from re-appriation budget in the available SSA
intervention subject to ratification by EC.

The above works are entrusted to the Managing Director, TSEWIDC, Hyderabad by following the procurement norms and the procurement shall be completed by November 2017.

Before taking up the work, the requirement shall be physically verified and if solar water facility already existing in the KGBVs, it should not be taken up and intimate to this office. If the exisiting Solar Water Heater is Non-Functional, if repairs are required, the proposals for taking up repairs may be furnished to this office for taking necessary action.
