Memo received in the reference read above along with its enclosures is herewith communicated to all the HODs under the control of the C&DSE, Telangana, Hyderabad, all the RJDSEs and DEOs in the State with a request to communicate the same to the Staff members, MEOs, Headmasters, Principals and SOs of KGBVs in their jurisdiction for taking immediate necessary action in the matter.
